• • The final payment is due 60 days before arrival, ensuring all services are fully confirmed.
• Flexible Cancellation Terms
• • 45 Days prior to starting date : €150 advance payment will be charged as administrative expenses
• • 45 - 21 days : 25% of total tour cost
• • 21 days or less : 100% of total tour cost
• • However, If your plans change, you may amend your travel dates without canceling the tour, subject to availability. We are happy to reschedule your trip to a more convenient travel period based on your preferred new dates without charging any cancellation fee.
